Team tournament without divisions. The following events will be held: Doubles – a team consists of 2 players, each player throws 3 boules. Triples – a team consists of 3 players, each player throws 2 boules. The preliminary round is played with a time limit (50 minutes plus one additional jack), the final game is played to 13 points. The rules of the International Pétanque Federation (FIPJP) apply.
Thursday, 27 June 2019:
Doubles preliminaries:
5 rounds according to the Swiss system
Arrival and reporting to officials: 8–9am
Start: 9.30am
There will be a one-hour break after the second round.
End: approx. 5pm
Saturday, 29 June 2019:
Doubles finals:
The 8 best teams from the preliminaries play one knockout round.
The two final games for 1st and 3rd place are played at the same time.
Start: 9am
End: approx. 1pm
Friday, 28 June 2019:
Triples preliminaries:

Duration of preliminaries and knockout games: 50 minutes plus one end.
The final games are played to 13 points.
In the event of persistent rain, the competition will be cancelled!
When taking shots at the end line, please take the necessary precautions, and, if necessary, mark the boules and the jack.
When reporting to the officials on site, each team taking part in the doubles competition will receive 2 team numbers and a scorecard; each team taking part in the triples competition will receive 3 team numbers and a scorecard. Please ensure that the team number is clearly visible. After the game, the result must be entered in the scorecard and signed by the opponent. The captain of the winning team is requested to report the result to the tournament director immediately. Please note: A new round may only begin after all results have been reported!
Please ensure that you leave yourself enough time to get from your accommodation to the sport venue. In addition to public transport, you are welcome to make use of our two special bus lines: ECSG Linie Rif (R) and ECSG Linie Wals (W). Special shuttle buses (leaving from the Messezentrum) are also available for participants in our golf and cycling events. For more information, please ask at your hotel reception or visit the infopoint at the Messezentrum.
Each person participates in the European Company Sport Games 2019 in Salzburg at their own risk.
Each participant is responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate accident insurance coverage.
